End of Year Showcase Practice Schedule

During the week of our End of the Year Showcase, we will NOT run on our normal class schedule. We will utilize the schedule posted below to ensure that all classes meet and have a chance to run their routines before the performance on Thursday! You should only bring your child according to the schedule listed below, not at their normal class time.

End of Year Showcase Performance Night

“Good Luck Kisses”

  • Like last year, all students participating in the show will have a decorated bag set up at our “good luck kisses” station. Students. decorate the bag in class before the Showcase.

  • Family and friends may purchase “Good Luck Kisses” at the event (3/$1) and drop them in any bags they choose. Students take home the bags at the end of the night!

  • This is a fundraiser for our students going to compete at our 2026 National Competition in July!

End of Year Showcase Procedures:

  • Students should arrive ready to perform.

  • ALL students remain with parents until 3 routines before they perform. When there is only 3 routines before your child is slated to perform, please send them to the hallway outside the gym to meet Mrs. Sarah. They will wait in line here until they perform.

    • Ex: If your student’s class is #14, they should go line up when #11 is performing.

  • When their routine is finished, all students go immediately back to sit with parents.

  • All 2026-2027 Competition Team and Performance Team members will be given a gift and take a group photo at the conclusion of the Showcase.

End of Year Showcase Etiquette:

  • Students should not change inside the gym. Please utilize a designated changing area.

  • Students should sit quietly with parents while watching other routines.

  • Please pick up any trash in your area before leaving.

  • Students (and siblings) should not be running around the gym/hallways/lobby.

  • Please plan to stay for the FULL SHOWCASE if at all possible. All students have worked hard all year, and it is disheartening to see groups of people leaving before the show is finished. We have worked hard this year to ensure the showcase is only around an hour long.
